We are looking for a Back-End Developer to lead the development of back-end services that enhance enterprise security, streamline identity management, and ensure secure access throughout the organization. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that authenticate users, manage user permissions, safeguard sensitive business information, and facilitate secure communication between various internal applications and enterprise platforms. This position differs from traditional back-end roles, which typically focus primarily on business logic and data processing. Instead, this role emphasizes the creation of a highly secure back-end infrastructure that protects organizational resources while delivering reliable, scalable authentication and authorization services to meet our enterprise's complex needs. Your contributions will directly impact compliance initiatives, strengthen cybersecurity efforts, and enhance the protection of mission-critical business systems. As an ideal candidate, you will enjoy tackling intricate security challenges, designing distributed back-end architectures, and developing resilient infrastructures to effectively defend our enterprise against emerging threats. In this role, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, security experts, and system architects, to ensure that security considerations are integrated into every aspect of the development process. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in cybersecurity and back-end technologies, contributing innovative solutions that align with industry best practices. The following are the required skills and qualifications for this position: - Strong experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Node.js, Go, or Python. - Experience in designing secure RESTful APIs and distributed back-end services. - Knowledge of authentication frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT. - Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases. - A solid understanding of back-end security principles and secure coding practices. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native back-end deployments. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
