Base44 Developer Needed for Community Wellness App (Audit, Updates & Ongoing Support) About Us The Shades of Motherhood Network is a community-based maternal health and wellness organization building technology that supports families, doulas, peer support specialists, and community partners. We are looking for an experienced Base44 developer to help us prepare our wellness app for a larger community rollout. Project Overview We already have an existing Base44 application. Before expanding to more users, we need an experienced developer who can review the platform, identify opportunities for improvement, implement updates, and provide ongoing technical support as we scale. Scope of Work Phase 1: App Audit - Review the current Base44 application - Evaluate workflows, user experience, and performance - Identify bugs, broken functionality, and security concerns - Recommend improvements and prioritize updates - Provide a written audit with recommendations Phase 2: Development & Updates - Implement agreed-upon improvements - Fix bugs and optimize existing features - Improve mobile responsiveness and usability - Test new functionality before deployment - Ensure the app is stable for community use Phase 3: Ongoing Support - Monitor app performance after launch - Troubleshoot issues as they arise - Make small feature enhancements - Provide maintenance and technical guidance - Be available for periodic updates as our program grows Ideal Candidate - Strong experience developing applications in Base44 - Experience auditing existing applications - Comfortable working with community-focused or healthcare-related projects - Excellent communication skills - Able to document work and provide recommendations - Reliable for long-term collaboration Project Type We are looking to begin with an audit and update project, with the opportunity to continue as our ongoing Base44 development partner.
