U.S. Based Virtual Assistant: Social Media Posting & Customer Support

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented U.S.-based Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term and help support a growing character brand. The role will start primarily with social media posting. You'll receive content and clear instructions from our Head of Content, and your job will be to make sure everything is posted correctly and on time across our social platforms. Over time, we'd love for you to take on additional responsibilities such as customer support, email management, and general virtual assistant tasks as you become familiar with the brand. What you'll help with: Manually posting content to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Following posting schedules and instructions carefully Double-checking captions, tags, links, and formatting before publishing Monitoring posts after they go live Responding to basic customer support emails Escalating questions that need our attention Helping with simple administrative and organizational tasks Taking on additional VA responsibilities as we grow We're looking for someone who is: Based in the United States Extremely reliable and responsive Detail-oriented Comfortable with social media platforms Available at specific posting times when needed A strong written communicator Comfortable following SOPs and instructions Trustworthy with access to company accounts Interested in a long-term role and growing with the brand Experience with social media management, customer support, Shopify, or ecommerce is a plus, but reliability, attention to detail, and communication matter most to us. This isn't a role where you'll need to create the content yourself. Our creative team will handle that. We're looking for someone we can trust to execute consistently and make sure things get done correctly and on time.
