Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Support | DFW Area Preferred | 15-20 hrs/month About Us We operate a small portfolio of four companies: a vision clinic, a marketing agency serving healthcare providers, an analytics company, and a real estate company. The vision clinic has its own dedicated bookkeeper—this role supports the other three entities, each with minimal monthly transaction volume (5-10 hours per month) What We're Looking For We need a reliable accounting professional to handle light bookkeeping and financial admin tasks on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a great fit if you're already working in accounting and want to pick up a few extra hours each month. Scope of Work Coordinate with our CPA on annual tax filings Light bookkeeping in QuickBooks for three low-volume entities Track and manage filings: personal property tax, property tax, franchise tax Run bi-weekly payroll Prepare monthly bonus reports Review insurance quotes and flag opportunities to reduce costs Monitor COGS across businesses Ideal Candidate Experienced with QuickBooks and payroll processing Understands small business tax deadlines and compliance Detail-oriented and self-directed DFW area preferred (not required) Other Tasks Insurance Policies - Get Quotes on all our policies Help with interviews/Screening candidates via Zoom calls.
