Brand Partnerships & Social Media Manager — Pet Instagram

I’m looking for a proactive, creative person to help grow and monetize my pet Instagram account, which currently has 26.2K followers. The main focus of this role would be brand outreach and paid collaborations. You’d identify brands that are a good fit for the account, reach out to potential partners, manage conversations, and negotiate fair pricing and deliverables for sponsored content. There’s also an opportunity to help with content editing/creative support if that’s a skill you have and enjoy. What you’d be responsible for * Researching and identifying relevant brands for potential collaborations * Reaching out to brands and pitching partnership opportunities * Managing brand communications and follow-ups * Negotiating rates, deliverables, usage rights, and other collaboration terms * Helping turn inbound brand opportunities into paid partnerships * Potentially assisting with editing Reels/videos and other content * Keeping track of outreach, negotiations, and active collaborations What I’ll handle I’ll maintain full control of the Instagram account, including posting, final content approvals, and overall creative direction. You’ll be responsible for helping bring opportunities to the table and managing the business side of collaborations. Who I’m looking for You’d be a great fit if you: * Have experience with influencer/creator brand partnerships or sales/outreach * Are comfortable cold-emailing and pitching brands * Have strong communication and negotiation skills * Understand how paid creator collaborations work * Are proactive, organized, and able to work independently * Have an eye for brands that would genuinely fit a pet-focused audience * Bonus: have experience editing short-form video content Compensation I’m open to structuring compensation as a percentage of the revenue you help generate, with the exact split being something we can discuss and agree on based on the scope of the role and your experience.
