Client-Facing Project Manager for a White-Label Web Agency

We are a remote web development agency looking for a confident, organized person to manage client communication and support the delivery of ongoing web projects. The role is primarily client-facing. You will attend Zoom or Google Meet calls, understand client requests, collect feedback, confirm priorities, and make sure our developers and designers receive clear and useful information. You will not be required to write code. However, you should be comfortable discussing website and software projects and following general development progress. The position will begin part-time and is intended to be long-term. Depending on performance, you may gradually take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and complete projects as a Project Manager. Applicants must be located in the United States or Canada and available during EST or PST business hours. ## Responsibilities * Lead or participate in regular client calls * Gather requirements, feedback, approvals, and project details * Ask clear follow-up questions when requests are incomplete * Prepare concise meeting notes and action items * Communicate tasks and priorities to developers and designers * Provide clients with straightforward progress updates * Follow up on pending decisions, content, access, or approvals * Keep communication organized across multiple client accounts * Identify communication gaps or possible delays early * Represent the agency professionally during all client interactions ## Required Qualifications * Located in the United States or Canada * Fluent or near-native spoken and written English * Comfortable leading professional video meetings * Available during EST or PST working hours * Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills * Able to turn conversations into clear written instructions * Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently * Able to manage communication across several projects Previous Project Manager experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with experience in account management, client success, business analysis, technical support, agency coordination, or web development are welcome to apply. ## Preferred Experience * Previous client-facing experience * Experience working with developers or designers * Familiarity with websites, frontend or backend development, APIs, databases, CMS platforms, hosting, integrations, testing, bugs, or deployments * Experience gathering requirements for digital projects * Experience using AI tools for notes, documentation, research, or task organization * Experience working in a white-label agency environment Some projects are delivered on behalf of agency partners.
