Client Success Representative / Virtual Assistant (Warm Leads Only)

I'm looking for a friendly, dependable person to become a long-term part of my growing business. This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales position. Every person you'll contact has already responded to our marketing or requested information from us. Your role is simply to have a friendly conversation, answer basic questions, gather information, and schedule appointments when appropriate. Think of this as two friends having a conversation. Responsibilities -Call warm leads who have requested information. -Respond to text messages. -Build rapport and make people feel comfortable. -Verify contact information. -Ask a few simple qualifying questions. -Update our CRM with detailed notes. -Schedule appointments on my calendar. -Follow up with leads who aren't ready yet. -Help build long-term relationships with our clients. Requirements -Excellent spoken English. -Friendly, conversational personality. -Professional phone presence. -Reliable internet connection. -Comfortable making and receiving phone calls. -Organized and detail-oriented. -Honest, dependable, and responsive. -Experience with CRM software is a plus. What I'm Looking For I'm not looking for someone to simply complete tasks. I'm looking for someone to become part of my business for many years. We'll build the system together. I'll provide training, scripts, and ongoing coaching. As the business grows, I expect this position to grow as well. Initially, the workload will be light while we build the process, but my goal is to develop a long-term relationship with someone who enjoys talking with people and helping create an exceptional client experience.
