Customer Discovery & Parent Research (EdTech Startup)

We are an early-stage startup looking for someone to help us better understand the challenges faced by a specific group of families. We are seeking an experienced researcher who can recruit participants, conduct interviews, and identify recurring problems and unmet needs to help guide future product decisions. Responsibilities -Recruit qualified participants for research interviews. -Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase participation in customer surveys. -Conduct qualitative interviews (approximately 20–30 minutes each). -Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to uncover underlying needs and current workflows. -Organize interview and survey findings into clear themes and actionable insights. -Help identify which problems are most important to solve. Success Looks Like -Successfully recruiting qualified participants for interviews. -Increasing the volume and quality of survey responses. -Identifying recurring problems and unmet needs across interviews and survey findings. -Providing clear, evidence-based recommendations that help guide future product decisions.
