Detail-Oriented, Mission-Focused Operations Role

We are a start-up building technology for public sector customers in the USA. This project involves a variety of administrative and partnership tasks, such as: updating our CRM, responding to emails, doing calls with clients and partners, reviewing requests for proposal and preparing/populating templates for proposals, etc. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to closely follow our standard operating processes. This role will be at least 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to advance into higher roles based on performance. We're looking for an individual who learns quickly, executes with care, and enjoys working on a fast-paced, highly-collaborative team. The ideal candidate would also have extensive experience with cutting-edge AI tools. You would be joining an existing team of operations professionals. This job involves significant included training and mentorship from experienced operations team members.
