Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform developer to help support and improve our existing CRM environment. We need someone who can troubleshoot existing customizations and processes, optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys/Marketing, Power Automate flows, Dataverse, API Management and system integrations, and custom development, while also helping us identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability. Experience working with a complex, highly customized Dynamics environment is important.
