AI-Enabled Presentation Developer (Contract)

Project Overview Mplify Alliance is seeking an AI-savvy Presentation Developer to help tell our story. This is not primarily a graphic design or slide-production project. We are looking for an experienced business storyteller who uses AI and advanced presentation-development techniques to understand complex information, uncover the story within it, and translate that story into compelling executive presentations. The successful contractor will work directly with Mplify's leadership to develop a series of high-impact presentations that clearly communicate our mission, strategic initiatives, and member value while elevating flagship programs such as Federation. More about Mplify may be found here: https://www.mplify.net/ The initial engagement includes the development of approximately 4–5 executive presentations, including: • Corporate Overview • Federation Project Overview • Membership Value Proposition • Additional executive, sales, or conference presentations as needed What We're Looking For You are someone who can quickly understand a business, interview subject matter experts, identify the key messages, and build presentations that resonate with executives, members, prospective members, partners, and analysts. You leverage AI throughout your workflow—not to replace thinking, but to accelerate research, organize ideas, refine messaging, create graphics, and produce polished, boardroom-quality presentations. Put simply, we're looking for a contractor who can become an extension of our executive team—someone who quickly grasps our business, communicates sophisticated technology with clarity, and creates presentations that strengthen the Mplify brand, articulate our value proposition, and showcase strategic initiatives such as Federation. Scope of Work Working closely with Mplify's executive leadership, you will: • Learn Mplify's mission, strategy, and market positioning. • Develop compelling narratives that communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences. • Translate complex technology initiatives—including Federation, AI, Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), APIs, and digital infrastructure—into presentations that business audiences can easily understand. • Transform existing documents, white papers, meeting notes, and executive discussions into persuasive presentation content. • Create custom diagrams, process flows, infographics, and visual frameworks that simplify complex concepts. • Produce visually polished, fully editable Microsoft PowerPoint presentations suitable for executive briefings, customer meetings, conferences, and board presentations. • Recommend improvements to messaging, story flow, and visual communication. Required Experience The ideal contractor has experience developing presentations for enterprise technology organizations, consulting firms, or B2B companies. Required qualifications include: • Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations, investor decks, sales presentations, or conference keynotes. • Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills. • Exceptional business storytelling and visual communication abilities. • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to business audiences. • Ability to interview executives and subject matter experts and distill their ideas into clear, persuasive narratives. • Excellent written English and presentation design skills. Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: • Artificial Intelligence (AI) • Telecommunications • Networking and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) • SD-WAN and SASE • Cloud computing • Enterprise software • APIs and automation • Digital infrastructure • Technology standards organizations or industry associations You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning sophisticated technologies and translating them into presentations that inspire confidence and drive business engagement. AI Skills You should already incorporate AI into your daily workflow using tools such as: • ChatGPT • Claude • Microsoft Copilot • Gemini • Perplexity Experience with AI image-generation tools (DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram) and design platforms such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Deliverables • Approximately 4–5 executive-quality PowerPoint presentations. • Fully editable PowerPoint source files. • Reusable presentation templates and visual assets. • Custom diagrams and graphics where appropriate. • A consistent visual narrative that strengthens the Mplify brand and clearly communicates the value of our initiatives. For each presentation, the contractor may participate in executive/SME discovery sessions; review existing source materials; propose the narrative and presentation architecture; develop content and visual concepts; produce the PowerPoint presentation; and incorporate stakeholder feedback through agreed revision rounds.
