Experienced WordPress Developer Needed for Website Redesign

I have an existing WordPress website that works fine, but it feels outdated and could use a fresh look. I am looking for someone with solid WordPress and Elementor Pro experience to help modernize the design, improve the user experience, and make the site feel more polished and professional. Most of the content is already there, so this isn't a full rebuild. I'd like someone who can work with what I have, clean things up where needed, improve layouts and navigation, and make sure everything looks great across desktop, tablet, and mobile. I'm also hoping to improve page speed, image optimization, and overall site performance without overcomplicating things. I'll provide the content, branding, and examples of what I like, but I'd love to work with someone who's comfortable making thoughtful design suggestions along the way.
