FSOT AI prep program

I am seeking an experienced AI Developer with a strong background in instructional design and behavioral scaffolding to build a personalized, agentic study system for the Foreign Service Officer Test (FSOT). The study program needs to address the newly developed test format and draw on content sources outside the widely available FSOT study guides. The student should be guided to internalize the study material through myriad media platforms; puzzles, logic and word games, videos, text, historical and current events bring the information to life, solidifying the knowledge that can be used in multiple contexts – not just regurgitating memorized facts. In addition to the material presented as content, the program creator needs to be familiar with the differences in processing and communicating of individuals on the autism spectrum, and understand and anticipate behavior roadblocks that inhibit motivation and self-direction. The study plan needs to provide staggered daily tasks and activities, provide meaningful and achievable benchmarks, and status reports for both the student and the hirer. For the student, this study program should instill and reinforce behaviors that reach beyond the test prep. The program should enforce personal success factors such as documenting and monitoring tasks and checklists, managing short-term interval workflows, understanding dependencies of activities, and the ability to provide pertinent status reports. I want this position to start immediately and create, prepare and deliver a study program targeted to achieve success in 8-10 weeks.
