Front-End Web Designer and Developer

Looking for a B2B Front-End Web Developer & Designer to design, build, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performing websites and landing pages that support our digital marketing efforts. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, designers and content teams to translate business and campaign needs into engaging, accessible, and user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end development skills with an eye for design, UX, performance, and conversion optimization. Responsibilities Develop responsive web pages, landing pages, and microsites from design mockups Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG) Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch campaigns and website updates Troubleshoot front-end issues and resolve bugs Integrate forms, tracking scripts, analytics, and third-party tools Maintain reusable code components and documentation Participate in QA testing prior to launch Create page layouts and design concepts in addition to developing from existing mockups Maintain and enhance existing website pages and components Ensure digital experiences adhere to brand and design standards Identify opportunities to improve UX, accessibility, SEO, performance, and conversion Implement and QA analytics, tracking, forms, and marketing technology integrations Ability to take a project from concept through launch, including design, front-end development, testing, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization.
