Front End Web Developer - AI Web development

Summary Front-End UI / UX Developer (Design-Focused) – 2 Projects We’re looking for a front-end UI/UX developer (or design-focused front-end specialist) to help elevate the user experience across two very different web applications. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in design and usability first, and comfortable collaborating with engineering to bring polished interfaces to life. About the Projects 1. AI Application Built in TypeScript Uses a static build pipeline Currently lacks flexible templating (can be added if needed) Opportunity to improve: Layout consistency Visual hierarchy Readability and engagement Component design system 2. Lead Management App Built with Blazor (.NET) Uses Razor template files Opportunity to improve: UI modernization Workflow clarity Form usability Dashboard/interface design What You’ll Do Redesign and improve UI/UX across both applications Create clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces Develop reusable UI components and design patterns Collaborate on implementation (or hand off clean specs for build) Ensure consistency across both platforms despite different tech stacks What We’re Looking For Strong UI/UX design instincts (this is the priority) Experience building or designing modern web interfaces Ability to work across different frameworks (TypeScript + Blazor is a plus, not required) Comfortable working without rigid templates (or helping define them) Portfolio showcasing clean, modern web UI work Nice to Have Experience with: Design systems / component libraries Data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, feeds, etc.) Developer handoff tools (Figma, etc.) Familiarity with: TypeScript front-end environments Blazor / Razor (bonus, not required) How We Work We can handle implementation once designs are finalized Open to: Designer who can lightly code Front-end dev with strong design sense Flexible engagement (project-based or ongoing) Why This Role Two very different products = interesting design challenges High impact on user experience Opportunity to define the visual direction from the ground up
