Funnel & Ads Coach

Profit Surge Group helps accountants, bookkeepers, and CPAs grow into fractional CFOs. We're looking for an experienced funnel and paid ads expert to coach our program members on building their own client acquisition systems. This is a coaching role, not a done-for-you media buying gig. Our clients are sharp professionals who are new to marketing, having never run a Meta campaign or built a funnel before. You'll teach them, review their work, troubleshoot what's not converting, and hold them accountable until their funnels and ads actually produce leads. What you'll be doing: -Coaching clients 1:1 and in group settings on funnels, paid ads, and marketing their firms -Reviewing client funnels, ad creative, and campaigns with direct, actionable feedback -Teaching paid social (Meta/Instagram primary), funnel structure, offers, and tracking -Building training assets like SOPs, swipe files, templates, and frameworks -Troubleshooting underperforming ads and leaky funnels Following up with clients who stall to keep them executing What we're looking for: -A track record of running profitable paid ad campaigns yourself (Meta primary) -Experience building funnels that convert (GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred) -Strong understanding of offers, hooks, creative, and tracking -Ability to teach non-marketers to execute without overwhelming them -Organized, accountability-driven approach to working with clients -Bonus: experience marketing to professional services or B2B audiences Working style: You'll work independently coaching clients, with check-ins and coordination through our team. We're fast-moving and execution-first — success is measured by real client results (leads booked, funnels live, ad spend turning into revenue), not busywork.
