GPT API return valid JSON

Summary

I'm building an application that sends a request to GPT API, and receives a response in JSON. In the request I specify the JSON format of the response. Problem is that GPT sometimes responds using the requested format, and sometimes uses a different format. I need GPT to respond always the requested format.
