own a multi trade Home Service business,we provide electrical,plumbing and HVAC services to home owners. I am looking for someone to help me put my book together, I have all of the layout and bullet point content with the help of AI, now I need some help with the fluff and bringing that human feel to it. I would like to keep the book to 100 pages or less and also provide a few pages where they could write notes to keep track of thier homes maintenence. For example filter changes, gutter cleaning and other monthly and annual tasks. The book will be a Guide to Saving Money, Protecting Your Home & Living More Comfortably and in a 6 x 9 format.
