Graphic Designer | Long-Term Opportunity

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer to become a long-term extension of my team. As a designer myself, I handle the creative direction and client communication, but I’m looking for someone who can support me with the production and execution side of projects. Most projects are for corporate clients, nonprofits, universities, etc. The design style for these clients typically leans toward clean, modern, and professional rather than highly creative. ⚡️ Projects may include: • Brochures, annual reports, and other print materials • PowerPoint presentations • Marketing collateral • Social media graphics • Websites • Signage, booths, and environmental design • General production design ⚡️ What to Expect For each project, I'll provide: • A clear creative brief • Design direction and reference examples • Brand assets and guidelines • A realistic timeline and estimated hours • Feedback throughout the project Your role is to turn that direction into polished, high-quality designs while communicating clearly and meeting deadlines. ⚡️ What I'm Looking For • Strong graphic design skills with an excellent eye for typography, spacing, and layout • Detail-oriented • Able to follow brand guidelines while producing polished, professional work • Strong communication skills and timely responses • Reliable and consistent with deadlines • Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) ⚡️ This Could Be a Great Fit If... • You enjoy clean, modern, professional design. • You take pride in delivering high-quality work. • You're looking for an ongoing working relationship, not just one-off projects. • You're dependable, organized, and easy to work with. ⚡️ Scope & Timeline • Work will be project-based, so the workload will vary.
