Healthcare Professional Needed — Feedback on Language Access / Interpretation Tool

Overview We're a small team building a voice interpretation tool for healthcare, focused on languages that current vendors handle poorly. We have a working product and need practicing healthcare professionals to test it and tell us honestly what works and what doesn't. What you'll do Session 1 (90 min): Walk us through how interpretation works in your setting, then run scripted test scenarios through the product. No PHI — all scenarios are synthetic. Session 2 (60–90 min): Review what we changed based on your feedback and tell us whether we got it right. Between sessions: A short structured write-up. Template provided, about 45 minutes. We want candid feedback, including negative. If something wouldn't work in your setting, tell us — that's what we're paying for. Who we're looking for - Nurse, MA, physician, care coordinator, patient navigator, or certified medical interpreter - Current or recent experience in an FQHC, community health center, hospital, or telehealth setting with a significant LEP patient population - Hands-on experience with LanguageLine, CyraCom, AMN, Voyce, Martti, or similar ## To apply Please answer these three questions in your proposal: 1.
