Instagram Growth Specialist – Organic Audience Building (LA & Portland Focus)

I'm looking for an experienced social media growth specialist to help grow a new business/personal Instagram account to approximately 600 authentic, engaged followers. This account is dedicated to selling products and promoting events, so building a real, targeted audience is the priority, not inflated numbers. The ideal follower base will be located in Los Angeles, CA (including the San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and Long Beach), and Portland, OR. Target Audience - Age range: primarily in their 20s - Demographic: Latino/Latina (Preferred) - Gender ratio: approximately 60% female, 40% male - Location: Los Angeles area and Portland, OR What You'll Do - Build and execute a targeted organic growth strategy focused on the LA and Portland markets - Identify and engage with relevant local accounts, hashtags, and communities that match the target demographic - Interact authentically on my behalf (likes, thoughtful comments, follows/unfollows) to attract the right followers What I'm Looking For - Proven experience growing business Instagram accounts organically - Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm and current best practices - Familiarity with the LA and/or Portland Latino community on social media is a big plus - Absolutely no bots, purchased followers, or automation tools that violate Instagram's Terms of Service - Clear, professional communication Pay & Milestones Total budget is $700, paid in increments based on follower milestones.
