We're looking for an experienced Instagram scriptwriter to collaborate with on short-form social content for a filmmaking company. The process is simple: we'll jump on a call, we'll brainstorm the video, context, and key details, and I need someone who can organize that information into compelling 30–90 second Instagram and YouTube scripts with strong hooks, curiosity, retention, and emotional storytelling. I'm not looking for someone who uses ChatGPT to generate generic scripts. I need someone who understands storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology, and can ask thoughtful questions that make the story stronger. **Requirements:** * Proven experience writing high-performing short-form video scripts * Strong understanding of hooks, retention, curiosity loops, and storytelling * Comfortable collaborating live on calls and brainstorming ideas * Able to turn messy ideas into clear, engaging scripts * Bonus if you have experience with documentary, filmmaking, or creator content Please include specific examples of videos that you have written scripts for that have performed well and the thought process you used to make them perform well.
