Licensed Attorney (FL preferred) — Review & Strengthen Drafted FDCPA/FCCPA Federal Complaint (ASAP)

I am a pro se plaintiff with a COMPLETED DRAFT of a two-count federal complaint under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, against a national debt collection agency, to be filed in federal court in South Florida this month. The evidence package is fully assembled: carrier-verified telephone records, the collector’s own written correspondence, federal consumer-agency complaint records, and indexed exhibits. I am NOT looking for drafting from scratch — I am hiring a licensed attorney for a focused review-and-strengthen engagement. SCOPE OF WORK (flat fee, all deliverables in editable Word format): One — Redline review of the drafted complaint (about two dozen numbered paragraphs, two counts, jury demand) for pleading sufficiency, structure, and tone. Two — Strengthen the alternative pleading on the consumer-debt threshold issue: the debt arose from a shipment associated with my single-member LLC, but the collector pursued me personally (calls to my personal line at my residence; correspondence addressed to me individually). This is the key contested issue; I want the strongest good-faith framing the facts support. Three — Verify every statutory citation in the draft against current law, including the federal provisions on prohibited calling times, harassment, false or misleading representations, collection of unauthorized added amounts, and debt validation, and the Florida provisions on harassing call frequency, enforcement of debts known not to be legitimate, and prohibited calling hours — plus a short timing analysis of the validation provision. Four — A concise memo (one to two pages) anticipating the likely motion to dismiss on the commercial-debt issue, with an outline of the response arguments. Five — Quick review of a one-page evidence-preservation letter to be served with the summons. REQUIREMENTS (please do not apply unless all are met): • Active, licensed attorney in good standing. State your jurisdiction(s) of licensure and your bar ID in your proposal; I will verify independently through the official bar directory. Florida licensure strongly preferred; otherwise, demonstrated federal consumer-protection plaintiff-side experience. • Prior plaintiff-side experience drafting or litigating debt-collection consumer claims — describe it specifically. • Willing to run a conflict check against the parties (names provided privately upon engagement) before viewing any case materials. • Familiar with, and compliant with, attorney-assistance disclosure rules for pro se filings in the filing jurisdiction. • NO fabricated or unverified case citations — every authority cited must be real and independently checkable; this is a hard requirement. • Turnaround: within three days of engagement. This matter has a statute-of-limitations filing deadline this month and the timeline is firm. • Confidentiality: case materials and work product are confidential; agreement required before materials are shared. SCREENING QUESTIONS (answer all in your proposal): 1. Your bar number, state(s) of licensure, and year admitted. 2. How many plaintiff-side FDCPA or state collection-practices complaints have you drafted or litigated? Give one anonymized example. 3. In two or three sentences: how would you frame the consumer-debt element where a collector pursued an individual personally, at his home and personal phone, on a debt associated with his single-member LLC? 4. Can you begin within 24 hours and deliver within 72? 5. Confirm you will provide only verifiable citations and will identify any point on which the law is unsettled rather than overstating it.
