Licensed CPA for Attestation/Audit Service - Prepare Reviewed Financial Statements

CPA Needed to Prepare Reviewed Financial Statements We are seeking a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing who is authorized to perform attestation services and conduct financial statement reviews in accordance with the AICPA Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS). The CPA will perform a financial statement review and prepare the required deliverables in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable AICPA SSARS standards for regulatory compliance. Scope of Work The engagement includes: Performing a review of the institution's financial statements. Preparing a complete set of reviewed financial statements, including: - Balance Sheet - Income Statement - Cash Flow Statement Issuing an Independent Accountant's Review Report to accompany the reviewed financial statements. Requirements Active CPA license in good standing. Authorized to perform attestation services and financial statement reviews. Independent CPA (not an employee, officer, director, or governing board member of the institution). Financial statements must comply with U.S. GAAP and applicable AICPA SSARS standards. Financial statements must demonstrate compliance with applicable financial resource requirements. Consider internal financial controls and report any material deficiencies as required under applicable professional standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing reviewed financial statements for educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, or other regulated entities.
