Logo for Specialized Online Forum

Required: I need a logo for my online Forum which specifically represents the main theme of my Forum - which is a comprehensive and unique site which describes and show-cases particular individuals who lived in 19th Century Southwest United States. Type of Logo: The logo design should be which represents the foregoing main theme forum description given in my opening paragraph. I want the logo to consist of either of one of two types: An original artistically drawn art form of a young cowboy riding on his horse against a background of open country with no buildings or other distractions - just a natural naturalistic scene. Second Choice: Using the scene from an original art print which I have of a young Cowboy riding his horse across a naturalistic scene as described. Please, NO predefined templates! Logo MUST be of an ORIGINAL design. There will also be several lines of descriptive text which is to be positioned with the Cowboy scene as described above. I will reveal what these lines of text consist of once I have hired the person who accepts my Job Proposal. The text should be done in a FONT STYLE and FONT SIZE which can be clearly visible and readable on BOTH computer and smartphone. Forum Header Requirements: Since the Header will probably have to be adjusted as to the Width and Height in order to accommodate the Logo and Descriptive Text, the logo probably should be made in several types: Jpeg, PNG, Ventor, and SVG. About the Job budget: The amount I have stated is NOT a fixed amount - it can be adjusted via mutual negotiation between the person I hire and myself; but under no circumstances to be more than 200. 00 There is the possibility that uploading the designed logo to my forum may be beyond my capabilities. Therefore it would be helpful if the person I hire has experience working with Forum Software, particularly with phpBB forum software. The Forum Software Platform I am using is phpBB. The Forum is currently "live" on the internet and has current activity. I will reveal the URL to my forum once I know who will be hired for this project.
