MCA End-to-End Automation (TLO, AI Underwriting & Broker Scripting) Job Title End-to-End MCA Automation Developer: TLO, AI Underwriting & Broker Scripting Pipeline Job Description We are scaling our Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) operations and need an experienced automation developer to build a complete, end-to-end workflow. This project goes from initial lead intake and automated underwriting to instant background checks, automated calling/dialer triggers, and automated broker coaching scripts. Core Scope & Deliverables AI Underwriting Pipeline: Build a system that parses raw PDF bank statements using LLMs (Claude/OpenAI) to extract deposits, NSFs, average daily balances, and cash flow health. Data Enrichment & Verification: Integrate TLO (and/or Locate Plus) via API to run automated background checks, skip-tracing, and identity verification on applicants. Cold Calling & Dialer Integration: Trigger automated dialing or push verified contact data seamlessly into our calling/dialer workflow. Automated Broker Scripting: Once a deal is underwritten and verified, use an LLM to dynamically generate a custom, data-backed sales script for the broker. This script must highlight specific financial strengths/weaknesses of the merchant and give the broker exact talking points to close the deal on the spot. Orchestration: Tie everything together cleanly using n8n (preferred), webhooks, and our CRM (Fundara). Required Skills & Experience Advanced experience building multi-step automations in n8n or custom Python. Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Claude/OpenAI) for both data extraction and dynamic text/script generation. Familiarity with third-party data APIs like TLO or similar identity/skip-tracing services. Direct knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) underwriting metrics and broker-merchant sales cycles. Strong command of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and CRM data syncing.
