HR Manager for Global Influencer Marketing Agency

HR Manager (Part Time, Remote) HireInfluence is an award-winning influencer marketing agency that has partnered with many of the world's most recognizable brands since 2011. As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our people operations, compliance, onboarding, and employee administration. This is a long-term, part-time remote position averaging approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail oriented, and experienced in managing HR functions across a distributed workforce. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions. - Manage the full employee onboarding process, including offer letters, payroll setup, account provisioning, introductions, welcome materials, and training coordination. - Oversee employee offboarding procedures, including payroll updates, system access removal, and documentation management. - Maintain organized employee records and ensure company directories and personnel information remain accurate and up to date. - Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and internal processes as needed. - Support administration of employee benefits and related programs. - Manage employee setup, changes, and terminations within the Gusto payroll platform. - Serve as a trusted HR resource for leadership and team members on employment related matters. - Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS - Proven HR management experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states. - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices for remote organizations. - Experience administering payroll and employee records within Gusto. - Experience with remote workforce management and distributed teams. - Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self motivated, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Ability to communicate via Slack with reasonable response times during business hours. - Available to begin immediately. - Seeking a long-term engagement with a growing company.
