Need A UGC Faceless Creator To Shoot Authentic Footage For Home Settings (No Editing Required)

We are looking for a faceless UGC Creator passionate about beauty, self-care, and mental health. No video editing tasks required. We have dedicated video editors to take care of video editing. Your primary role is shooting faceless authentic footage from your phone. If you’re an introvert who loves content creation, storytelling, and social media culture — this job could be a great fit for you. We have 3 viral media brands. Each of our media brands focus on showcasing helpful products in an entertaining and authentic way. Our primary demographic is 70% women ages 18 to 35, so the content style is female focused. You must have: - Experience in posting content for your own brand or for others - Experience with mobile video editing apps like CapCut or platform-native editors - Be actively in tune with trending lingo, topics, and sounds across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts Content Output Expectations: - You’ll help maintain a consistent flow of short-form content, with a target cadence of ~7 raw video clips per week. - We provide you with our plug-and-play systems to make shooting footage efficient. You can choose your own working hours and creative schedule. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Scripting out video ideas by following our viral organic formulas *Filming short-form videos *Shooting in various home settings (ie. kitchen, bathroom, work desk) *We have an IP brand character that has its own story arc & personality on our main youtube channel. With the assistance of our animator & editor, you will be tasked with shooting short form faceless footage for our brand character *Staying up to date with each platform’s community guidelines *Driving engagement, views, and sales *Collaborating with our creative team (animators, video editors, front-facing creators) to create the most enjoyable content possible for our audience NOTE: no video editing responsibilities required. We have dedicated video editors to take care of this side of the production. Your primary role is shooting authentic footage from your phone. Requirements: *Fluent or Native in the English Language *Proven experience as a video creator *Competent in cinematography fundamentals, lighting, and all smartphone video features *Results driven, sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Competent in the difference in social media cultures (i.e TikTok culture vs Instagram culture vs Youtube culture) Payment Terms: This is an entry level position with great growth potential. Payment Structure Is As Follows: Base Retainer: $100 / month Bonuses: 25% Of Sales, Youtube AdSense, Brand Deals The base retainer can increase as the company grows & the longer we work together.
