Online Business Systems & Website Specialist

I’m Caroline, the founder of Align, a movement education and coaching business with a large and engaged social media audience. I currently offer digital movement programs, a monthly membership, one-time movement strategy sessions, and high-touch 1:1 remote coaching. While also running an in-person practice. My goal over the next year is to significantly grow the remote side of my business (close my in person practice completely) and create a stronger system for turning my existing audience into customers and long-term clients. I’m looking for someone who can help me build that system. I have systems in place but need assistance with design, efficiency, conversion, automations. The entire flow of my funnel. I’m looking for someone who understands the entire customer journey: Social media → Website → Email → Nurture → Purchase/Application → Onboarding → Retention/Upsell Initially, I need someone who can audit what I already have, identify where I'm losing potential customers, and help me build a simpler and more effective remote sales ecosystem. This may include: Auditing and improving my current Squarespace website Improving landing and sales pages for conversion Setting up email segmentation Building automated welcome and nurture sequences Creating follow-up sequences for potential coaching clients Building funnels between lower-cost programs and higher-touch services Creating customer onboarding emails Developing email campaigns for launches and promotions Connecting and automating systems where appropriate Tracking basic funnel performance and conversions Helping me understand what is and isn't working I currently use: Squarespace Exercise.com Meta/Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube Zapier Digital programs and online coaching I want this project to be a great fit for both of us. I do have a firm budget for the full project, which I’m happy to discuss upfront so we can make sure expectations and scope are aligned before moving forward.
