## Personal Brand Social Media Manager / Content Creator I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive **Social Media Manager/Content Creator** to help me grow and monetize my personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Substack. I’m a business owner, mom, nursing student/healthcare worker, and content creator with a lot going on in my day-to-day life. I have plenty of content opportunities but need someone who can take my raw photos, videos, ideas, and everyday moments and turn them into consistent, engaging content. ### What You'll Do * Edit raw videos into engaging Reels and TikToks using CapCut or similar software * Create strong hooks, captions, on-screen text, and calls-to-action * Schedule and publish content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook * Repurpose content between platforms while adjusting it appropriately for each audience * Help develop weekly and monthly content calendars * Research trending sounds, formats, topics, and content opportunities * Help me identify what I should be filming each week * Create simple graphics/carousels when appropriate * Organize raw content so we have a consistent workflow * Track performance and identify which types of content are performing best * Help grow followers, engagement, and eventually monetization opportunities * Assist with planning, editing, formatting, and publishing my Substack content * Help develop a cohesive and recognizable personal brand ### Content Topics My personal brand will include a mix of: * Motherhood and family/lifestyle * Business ownership and entrepreneurship * Behind-the-scenes of running a growing service business * Nursing school and healthcare * My journey from nursing student → RN → eventually NP * Beauty/aesthetics and my future journey into aesthetics as an RN * Home, organization, routines, and everyday life * Personal stories, relatable content, and day-in-the-life content I don't need someone to create a fake or overly polished online persona. I want the content to still sound and feel like **me** while being more strategic, consistent, and engaging. ### Who I'm Looking For You should: * Have experience growing personal brands, creators, or lifestyle accounts * Be very comfortable editing short-form video * Understand Instagram Reels and TikTok * Have a good eye for hooks and storytelling * Be able to take initiative instead of waiting for detailed instructions for every post * Be organized and dependable * Communicate well * Understand current social media trends * Be comfortable receiving a large amount of raw content and determining what can be turned into posts * Be interested in a long-term working relationship Experience with **CapCut, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and Substack** is strongly preferred. ### Hours & Compensation Approximately **10-15 hours per week to start**, with the potential for additional hours as the brand grows. **Starting budget: $15–$20/hour**, depending on experience. I'm looking for someone long-term.
