Phone Research Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable, professional freelancer to conduct phone-based market research on business locations in the U.S. The project involves calling each location and gathering current information regarding pricing, availability, and basic terms. A list of locations and a standardized research spreadsheet/template will be provided. You should: Be comfortable making outbound phone calls to U.S. businesses Speak clear, professional English Be personable and conversational on the phone Be comfortable asking appropriate follow-up questions when pricing or other information is unclear Accurately record information in a spreadsheet Be willing to make follow-up calls when necessary Have strong attention to detail and data accuracy This is not a sales position. You will not be selling anything, generating leads, or soliciting customers. This is straightforward market research. Project Structure: Each location should be contacted at least twice if the first call is unanswered or goes to voicemail. The primary objective is to obtain accurate, current pricing, availability, and terms — not simply to document that a call was made. A standardized research template and detailed instructions will be provided so that information can be gathered and compared consistently across locations. This project will begin with a small paid test assignment. Strong performance may lead to additional and recurring research projects.
