Phone Sales & Lead Follow-Up Representative We are a marketing agency looking for an experienced phone sales representative to follow up with inbound leads for two clients: - A personal injury law firm handling car accident leads - A medical client receiving leads from Meta/Facebook ads The role includes calling new leads, qualifying them, scheduling appointments or consultations, following up consistently, and updating all activity in the CRM. Requirements - Excellent spoken English - Experience in phone sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting - Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls - CRM experience; GoHighLevel preferred - Professional, confident, and organized - Available during U.S. business hours - Reliable internet, computer, and headset Legal or medical lead experience is a plus. Hourly compensation will depend on experience. Commission may also be available and can be discussed.
