PowerPoint & Microsoft Word Template Designer (Freelance / Ongoing)

We're looking for a talented presentation designer to help create polished, modern, and brand-consistent PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Word document templates for a growing marketing agency. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity for someone with exceptional typography, layout, and visual communication skills. What You'll Do - Design professional PowerPoint presentations from outlines, existing content, or rough drafts - Create clean, reusable PowerPoint templates with master slides, layouts, and theme settings - Design Microsoft Word templates for reports, proposals, white papers, case studies, and other branded documents - Translate existing brand guidelines into cohesive presentation and document systems - Improve information hierarchy, readability, and overall visual storytelling - Create charts, diagrams, icons, and simple infographics when needed - Ensure files are easy for clients and internal teams to edit after delivery - What We're Looking For - Strong portfolio of PowerPoint presentation design - Experience designing Microsoft Word templates using styles, headers, footers, cover pages, tables, and automatic formatting - Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, grid systems, and visual hierarchy - Ability to work within established brand guidelines while elevating the overall design - Strong attention to detail and consistency - Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly - Excellent English communication skills - Nice to Have - Experience designing for B2B, healthcare, or technology companies - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Experience creating presentation graphics, icons, or data visualizations - Understanding of accessibility and presentation best practices To Apply Please include: - Your hourly rate - A link to your portfolio - 3–5 examples of PowerPoint presentations you've designed (editable files are a plus) - Examples of Microsoft Word templates you've created - A brief description of your design process What We Value We care less about flashy effects and more about thoughtful, strategic design.
