RUSH: Digital Marketing Professional Needed to Review & Finalize Short Bank Support Letter

I am seeking an experienced U.S.-based digital marketing professional, preferably a marketing agency owner, senior consultant, marketing director, or similarly experienced professional, for a **small, limited-scope rush assignment** related to a credit-card quality-of-service dispute. **This is not a comprehensive marketing audit, forensic review, expert-witness report, or deliverable-by-deliverable analysis.** My bank has asked me to provide: **“a written letter of support from a merchant providing the same type of service, on their letterhead, dated and signed, supporting your claim that the service was of poor quality. The letter should concur with the dollar amount you are disputing.”** I am looking for a qualified digital-marketing professional who provides the same or comparable type of services and can efficiently review a **representative sample of the relevant materials** together with a **short draft support letter that I will provide**. ### Scope of work I will provide: * a short proposed support letter; * the relevant agreement/scope of services; and * a curated representative sample of supporting materials, such as selected scripts, advertisements/videos, correction history, and communications. Your role is to: 1. Review the representative materials and proposed letter. 2. Determine whether, based on your professional experience, you agree with the conclusions stated in the letter. 3. Make any edits, qualifications, or deletions you believe are appropriate. 4. If you agree with the resulting letter, provide the final version on your professional/business letterhead, dated and signed. You are free to modify or disagree with the proposed language. I am **not asking anyone to sign a statement they do not professionally support.** ### Relevant experience The underlying engagement involved integrated digital-marketing services including marketing strategy, Meta/Facebook advertising, sales/VSL scripting and copy, advertising creative, video production/editing, sales funnels and landing pages, and campaign setup and management. You do **not** need to perform a comprehensive audit of all of these areas. I am looking for someone with sufficient experience providing or supervising comparable integrated digital-marketing services to credibly review the representative materials and proposed letter. ### Budget and timing **Fixed-price budget: $200 total.** **RUSH DEADLINE:** The completed letter must be ready within **four days at the latest**.
