Looking for a licensed real estate attorney in Georgia to assist in the purchase an investment property that is for sale by owner (FSBO). I would prefer not to deal with a real estate agent for this specific transaction. I need a licensed attorney who can put together an offer and guide me through the due diligence process and ultimate closing if everything goes well. Must be licensed in the state of Georgia.
