You'll work through lists of owners, dig into how many properties and units each one holds, and confirm the numbers through your own research. What you'll do: - Research lists of property owners and determine how many multifamily properties and units each holds in their portfolio - Verify all data and cross-check it against public websites and other proprietary sources to confirm accuracy - Maintain clean, organized output in Google Sheets and Airtable - Run independent research using LinkedIn, company sites, and other public sources to fill gaps and resolve conflicting numbers - Flag issues, take initiative to find solutions, and keep us updated on progress You should be: - Proficient with Airtable, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets - Comfortable working autonomously and driving research without hand-holding - Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
