Reels / Short-Form Content Specialist — US Financial Services (Remote)

Margintall LLC is a bookkeeping and fractional CFO service for US small businesses and UAE-based entrepreneurs. We're looking for a hands-on content creator to own our short-form video presence end to end. The role This isn't a "give me a brief, I'll execute" position. We need someone who can independently come up with content ideas, shoot and edit Reels themselves, publish consistently, and turn that into real organic growth and brand trust — without heavy oversight from us. Responsibilities Own the full production pipeline: concept → script/hook → filming (or sourcing footage) → editing → captions → publishing Build and run a content calendar independently — proactively pitch ideas, not just wait for direction Translate accounting/CFO topics into short-form content that's genuinely watchable for US small business owners (not corporate/dry) Grow organic reach, engagement, and follower count on Instagram/TikTok Build long-term brand trust and awareness — consistency and voice matter more than one-off virality Track what's working (reach, saves, shares, follower growth) and adjust the content strategy accordingly Stay on top of Reels/TikTok trends and adapt them to a B2B financial services voice Requirements A portfolio of Reels/short-form video you personally shot and edited — send links, not a resume Strong hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) Native or near-native English — you'll be writing scripts and hooks for a US audience Self-starter: generates ideas, doesn't wait for a creative brief Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes, not just tasks Strong pluses Prior content work for finance, accounting, legal, or other B2B professional services brands Comfortable on camera, or able to direct talent who is Basic understanding of how organic content strategy supports paid social later on Experience with US small business owner or entrepreneur audiences Format Remote, freelance/contract to start, with room to grow into a longer-term role based on results.
