Summary

We did machine translation of 11 documents that are clinic consent forms and other similar forms. We need a certified translator to review and suggest edits (if any). We also need a signed certificate of accuracy from the translator that the translation of the 11 forms is accurate and approved. Altogether it's 4,300 words.
