Russian to English Court Translator (California Civil Court Filing)

Job Description: We are looking for a qualified Russian-to-English translator to translate a Russian-language exhibit for submission in a California civil court. The translation must comply with California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1110(g), which requires that a foreign-language exhibit be accompanied by an English translation certified under oath by a qualified interpreter. Requirements: Complete and accurate Russian-to-English translation of the attached exhibit. Provide a signed declaration/certification under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California. Include the translator's professional qualifications. Preference will be given to California Certified Court Interpreters (Russian/English). If applicable, please include your California Court Interpreter Certification Number. The certification/declaration should: Clearly identify the translated exhibit. State that the translation is true and correct to the best of the translator's knowledge and ability.
