Russian-speaking WordPress SEO Specialist for Local Business Website

I am looking for a Russian-speaking WordPress SEO Specialist for long-term cooperation. My website is currently being redesigned. Once the redesign is complete, I need an experienced SEO specialist to help grow my business through Google Search. I run a local appliance repair business serving the Pacific Northwest of the United States, including the greater Seattle area. The role includes optimizing my WordPress site for SEO, developing and implementing a local SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page and technical SEO improvements, creating and publishing new service pages and blog articles, improving Google rankings and organic traffic, building a solid internal linking structure, and monitoring performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
