Summary

Executive Summary My Snapboard, LLC is preparing for the commercial launch of SNAP!, a premium patented consumer product. This RFP seeks an experienced Systems Architect / Automation Engineer to design, integrate, optimize, document, and implement the company's business operating platform in two phases: (1) Build the SNAP! Operating System and (2) Build the SNAP! Marketing System. Project Objectives Design and implement the SNAP! Operating System; build workflow automation; integrate all selected business systems; reduce manual work; centralize reporting; document the complete solution; deliver administrator and user training; and establish a scalable platform for future growth.
