Senior CRM Implementation, Migration & Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & CRM Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help streamline our business operations through intelligent automation and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate has strong experience designing scalable workflows, implementing CRM systems, integrating third party applications, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain workflow automation using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n. * Implement and customize CRM systems including GoHighLevel and HubSpot. * Build AI powered workflows using OpenAI and other AI technologies to automate business processes. * Develop API and webhook integrations between CRM platforms and third party applications. * Configure sales pipelines, lead routing, customer onboarding, appointment scheduling, and marketing automation. * Integrate Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Airtable, Jotform, Typeform, Calendly, and other business applications. * Troubleshoot automation failures, optimize existing workflows, and ensure system reliability. * Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support business operations. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions. * Stay current with emerging AI tools and automation technologies to continuously improve business processes. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, CRM implementation, or business systems engineering. * Strong experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and n8n. * Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third party integrations. * Experience implementing CRM automation, sales pipelines, and lead management workflows. * Familiarity with AI technologies including OpenAI and AI powered business automation. * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Airtable, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. * Knowledge of email marketing automation and WhatsApp automation. * Experience with business process mapping and operational optimization. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Nice to Have * Experience building AI agents and intelligent business assistants. * Previous consulting or agency experience. * Knowledge of data visualization and business reporting. * Understanding of CRM migration projects and system implementation best practices.
