Senior UI Designer — Desktop AI IDE

We're building an AI-native IDE for government and regulated industries, and we're looking for a senior UI designer to help shape the desktop experience. What you'll do: Design UI for a desktop developer tool — dense, information-heavy interfaces Work on a design system that holds up across complex workflows Iterate closely with engineering as we build What we're looking for: Senior-level UI design experience, ideally with developer tools, IDEs, or complex desktop software Strong communicator who can explain design decisions clearly Comfortable joining our Slack for day-to-day collaboration Nice to have: Experience with enterprise, government, or regulated-industry products.
