Senior Digital Designer with Strong Typography and Brand Experience

One Partners is looking for an experienced freelance designer who lives in Utah or Arizona to join our creative roster and support ongoing client work. We are looking for someone with a strong design eye, a deep understanding of typography, and the ability to create polished digital work across a range of brands. This is not an entry-level production role. We are willing to pay more for someone who brings real talent, strong judgment, and a portfolio that immediately stands out. Our work includes digital advertising, social media creative, websites and landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, brand materials, and other marketing assets. Many of our clients are in higher education and healthcare, so the ability to organize detailed information and make it visually clear is important. The right person can take a creative brief, understand the goal, and develop thoughtful work without needing every design decision explained. You should be equally comfortable following established brand standards and helping improve the creative direction when needed. What You’ll Work On + Paid social and digital advertising creative + Website and landing page designs + Email marketing graphics + Social media content + Presentations and marketing materials + Brand extensions and campaign concepts + Resizing and adapting creative across multiple formats + Occasional print or environmental materials What We’re Looking For + Must currently live in Utah or Arizona + A portfolio showing high-level digital design work + Excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout skills + Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite + Experience designing for websites, digital campaigns, and paid social + A clear understanding of how designs move from concept to production + Ability to follow and maintain different client brand standards + Strong attention to detail and consistent quality + Clear communication and reliable turnaround times + Ability to manage feedback and make revisions efficiently + Experience working with agencies or multiple clients is preferred + Experience in higher education or healthcare is helpful but not required + Experience with Webflow, WordPress, motion graphics, HTML5 ads, or working directly with developers would be a plus.
