Senior WordPress Developer - Custom Clean Code & WPO Specialist (WP Engine Expert)

We are looking for a high-caliber, Senior WordPress Developer to build a premium, ultra-minimalist mobile-first landing page hosted on WP Engine. The visual design is heavily inspired by UXUA.com—characterized by sophisticated serif typography, vast whitespace, and extreme cleanliness. Performance, speed, and immaculate clean code are the absolute top priorities for this project, as the site will drive aggressive Google Ads traffic. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Platform: WordPress hosted on WP Engine. - Theme/Builder: Strictly custom development using block editor (Gutenberg) with lightweight native blocks (e.g., GeneratePress or Kadence) plus pure custom CSS. DO NOT apply if you intend to use Elementor, Divi, or heavy visual builders. - Performance (WPO): Mobile PageSpeed score must be 90 plus. - Video Handling (Crucial): Implement Asynchronous / Lazy-Loading Video for the Hero section. The site must initially load a crisp, lightweight static image to pass Core Web Vitals instantly. Immediately after, an async script must swap it for a highly-compressed WebM loop video (under 1.5MB) with no audio. - GEO-SEO: Implementation of hidden JSON-LD Schema Markup (PetServices) mapping multiple coverage zones in the footer code. - Tracking: Integration of GTAG conversion tracking on a floating custom-styled WhatsApp click-to-action button. PROJECT SCOPE: A clean, high-converting 1-page site with 5 core content sections (Hero with async video, Brand Philosophy, Responsive Asymmetric Gallery [65/35 ratio focusing on small dog breeds], Bullet-proof Logistical and Security Accordions, and a High-Conversion Footer).
