Shopify expert needed to building website for new, small toy company

Seeking Shopify expert to build a website from scratch for my new toy company. The main thing the toy company will be selling is toy blocks. We have two different systems of building blocks that we invented, and these will be the primary toys featured on the website. There will also be additional toys sold on the site eventually. All toys will have an educational or hands-on aspect to them. The website should be creative and unique. The company highly values good design, creativity and attention to detail, so the website should reflect this. The toy company is very small and specialized. The website should not appear to be for a big toy company. I eventually want customers to be able to add products to their cart a la carte style, meaning they can select any number of a certain type and/or color of block. I need the website done relatively soon, but there will be ongoing changes and updates needed. I want to find someone that can work as needed on this project now and into the future. Thank you!
