South Florida Luxury Residential Exterior Designer / Architect

I am completing construction of a modern luxury home in Fort Lauderdale and am looking for a South Florida-based residential architect or exterior/facade designer to help finalize the front elevation. This is specifically for someone who understands the Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Boca / Palm Beach luxury residential market and has experience designing homes in the $4M+ range. I am not looking for a generic rendering artist or a designer located outside South Florida. The local design language matters, and I want someone who understands what high-end contemporary homes in this market should look and feel like. Timing is important: I need the initial concepts turned around within 2–3 days of starting the project. Please only apply if you can meet that timeline. Project The house is already built and the stucco is nearly complete. I am not looking to redesign the structure. I need help refining the exterior finish package so the home feels elevated, warm, modern, and intentional instead of looking like a plain white box. Current elements include: Modern two-story architecture Black windows Black horizontal balcony railings Black garage door Warm light cedar / orangey-brown wood soffits Smooth stucco Preference for warm white, off-white, beige, greige, and very light gray Scope I would like 3–5 front elevation concepts using the existing architecture. I want help determining: Main stucco color Secondary facade colors Where siding or cladding should be used Whether wood-look, limestone, travertine, fiber cement, or another subtle material makes sense How to break up the elevation without over-designing it How to create a high-end South Florida luxury look while keeping the architecture clean and timeless The design should feel appropriate for a $4M+ modern home in South Florida. Deliverables 3–5 front elevation design concepts Photorealistic exterior renderings based on photos of the actual house Suggested exterior color palette Suggested siding/cladding locations Specific material recommendations Final refined elevation after feedback Initial concepts delivered within 2–3 days I can provide current construction photos, architectural elevations, plans, and inspiration images immediately. Required Experience Please only apply if you have: Direct experience with high-end residential design in South Florida A portfolio showing luxury homes in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County Experience with modern/contemporary residential architecture Strong exterior material and color-selection experience Availability to begin immediately and deliver initial concepts within 2–3 days South Florida experience is required.
