Summary

The mission Single use plastic and toxic chemicals are poisoning the planet. We launch award winning sustainable products from all over the world break into the US market, replacing single used plastics and poisonous cleaning chemicals wherever they are most commonly used. Think restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and major events. Keeping our oceans clean and our hiking trails beautiful. The deal Opportunity to grow and take on new roles as you learn! This is a career launchpad where you get the opportunity to learn a new industry from the ground up. How it works You get goals, not task lists. It's up to you how you execute them and we like someone that can take advice and learn, whilst putting their own spin on things. Example: "Set up warm conversations with 10 sustainable restaurant chains this month." How you get there is yours to figure out. We coach and recommend and mentor as much as you feel you need, then we get out of your way. Who you are You are passionate about the environment and sustainability. You've led something or taken a leading role - maybe a club, a campaign, a beach cleanup. You're relentless about the environment and want your work to actually matter. Ambiguity excites you; waiting for instructions bores you. You enjoy talking to people and you have fun putting new ideas forward. To apply: Pretend your goal is to get a sustainable burger chain to try plastic-free packaging, or a hotel to switch to planet-safe cleaning products. Tell me about your approach and your first three moves in 4-5 sentences, plus one sentence about a time you led when nobody asked. Please also include a resume and/or a bit about yourself. What you think you're good at, what you're proud of, what your goals and career ambitions are. We'll be doing short Google Meet interviews between now and the end of August, with a start date in mind of Sept 1st, potentially sooner if everything aligns.
