Summary

We're hiring a UGC Coach to support our UGC curriculum track within a content creator community. About the Role This is a part-time, contract coaching role inside an active paid community (100+ members and growing) on Skool. You'll work alongside our co-founder, who currently leads UGC coaching, to review member portfolios and support UGC education. This is a real opportunity to be part of a professional creator community — not a course you're hired to record once and disappear from. Responsibilities may expand over time based on performance, including the potential to co-lead or independently run live UGC sessions. Responsibilities Review member UGC portfolios and provide clear, actionable feedback (structure, quality, positioning, niche fit) Support and eventually help lead live UGC coaching sessions (topics include portfolio building, cold pitching, pricing, usage rights and contracts, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and scaling to retainers) Answer member questions related to UGC strategy, platforms (e.g., Billo, Join Brands), and brand outreach Provide feedback aligned with CSH's content standards (no vague claims, clear hooks, professional positioning) Collaborate with the coaching team to keep UGC content current with platform and industry changes Requirements Proven, demonstrable UGC creator experience (portfolio required) Strong understanding of buyer psychology, brand pitching, and UGC platform mechanics Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback to creators at varying skill levels Clear, professional communicator — written and on camera/live Reliable and self-directed; able to work independently on a part-time schedule Bonus: experience teaching, coaching, or reviewing work for other creators Compensation Paid per session/task (portfolio reviews and any live coaching sessions). Rate discussed based on experience — please include your rate expectations when applying.
