UGC Creative Partner Needed for Premium Sofa Brand

Hello, I'm in the process of launching a premium modular sofa brand in the U.S. and am looking for a creative partner who specializes in UGC production for DTC brands. I'm not looking for a traditional marketing agency. Instead, I'm looking for either a boutique agency or an experienced freelancer who has an established network of reliable UGC creators and can manage the entire creative process—from creator sourcing through final edited assets. Project Overview The goal is to build a library of authentic, high-quality lifestyle content that can be used across: Product pages on our website Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising Instagram & TikTok organic content Future marketing campaigns The primary objective is to create performance-focused creative that helps sell a premium sofa online. Ideal Workflow I'm looking for someone who can manage a process similar to this: Source and recruit UGC creators that match our target demographic. Coordinate shipping of sofas to selected creators. Provide creators with creative direction, shot lists, and messaging. Collect all raw footage from the creators. Edit the footage into polished assets optimized for paid social and website use. Deliver both the edited content and all original raw footage. Initial Scope I'd like to begin with approximately 3–5 creators, with the opportunity to expand if the relationship is successful. Deliverables I'm looking for a diverse content library rather than just a few finished videos. Deliverables may include: Product page videos Lifestyle videos Unboxing content Assembly/setup footage Comfort demonstrations Fabric and detail close-ups Room styling and aesthetic shots Modular configuration demonstrations "Day in the life" or natural in-home usage Short-form Meta ad creatives Vertical social videos (9:16) Square and landscape versions where appropriate I'm also interested in multiple editing styles, including: Direct-response/performance ads Organic UGC-style videos Clean lifestyle edits for the website Raw Assets An important requirement is that all original raw footage be included with the final delivery.
